- 2007 Sep 10 - 14:00 - Network link should "blip" while our upstream provider swaps physical network ports. This outage should be minor, but may be up to 10 minutes long.
- 2007 Jan 30 - 21:00 - There will be a power outage of aproximately 3 hours 21:00-00:00 PST tonight. We have been informed that after this has been done, all further power problems will be resolved.
- 2007 Jan 20 - 00:43 - Power was again lost in our colocation facility for over an hour. We have still awaiting an explanation. Shell was again not back online until 09:00.
- 2007 Jan 18 - 16:40 - Power was lost in our colocation facility. We are
in the process of trying to figure out how the facilities UPS's didn't stop
the failure. SHELL was not brought back online until 22:40. Other equipment
should have been available as early as 19:00.
- 2006 Dec 28 - 18:33 - Our primary router had a catastrophic hardware failuure. It is now back in service.
- 2006 Oct 22 - 16:37 - Our primary router overheated and crashed twice
due to a fan failure. It is now back in service.
- 2006 Sep 21 - 00:16 - SHELL & BOUNCE are fully operational.
- 2006 Sep 20 - 23:20 - SHELL.DHP.COM is back operational. It has a
new IP address - 199.4.150.5. DNS may take another couple hours to
propagate out. The BOUNCE service is being updated, and should be
operational shortly. Please send email to "ADMIN" if you encounter any
issues.
- 2006 Sep 20 - 22:38 - SHELL.DHP.COM file transfers going well, next
update shortly.
- 2006 Sep 20 - 18:38 - SHELL.DHP.COM will be inaccessible for a few
hours. More information shortly
- 2006 Sep 20 - 18:05 - SHELL.DHP.COM logins have been disabled, and
outstanding processes will be killed at aproximately 18:30. After this
data transfers to the new machine will start. Check back here to see
the current state of SHELL.DHP.COM
- 2006 Sep 17 - SHELL.DHP.COM will be having an extended outage sometime
in the next week while we upgrade to a new server. This outage will likely
be in excess of 24 hours, but may be less while the migration occurs. More
information will be posted here while this is going on. Web sites located
at our newer data center will not be affected by this outage.
